Custom graphic audio visualization for the launch of an audio category.

01 — Background

Envato Elements is a subscription service for designers that includes graphic assets, educational resources. For the launch of the audio category, the Envato marketing team desired an eye-catching concept that would lure potential buyers of royalty-free audio tracks, music, and sound effects, the launch of this category was quite a big deal as it was the first of its content type.

02 — Approach

Working closely with the Envato marketing team the creative concept around this campaign was crucial to the success of the launch as it would not only be released with the normal campaign collateral but also a be added to the dashboard of the Envato Elements homepage. I was tasked with the challenge to represent audio in a visual and creative way that would be used throughout the launch of the campaign.

03 — Outcomes

With the campaign being centred around audio, i ended up generating a multitude of audio waves and spectrums, the challenge being choosing which one represented the visualisation of audio and played well within the Envato Elements branding. The audio spectrum chosen proved to be one of the most engaging pieces of marketing collateral produced for the launch of an Elements category.
